Synopsis

This influx creates chaos and requires the main characters to take drastic measures to maintain control and security. Monmeder is overwhelmed by his duties, and a Green Tower representative named Hallas attempts to meet with the (bedridden) leader and offers a significant bribe disguised as a friendly gift.
