Synopsis

The residents of Hines Territory, a region neglected and suffering from a long drought, discuss their initial anxieties about their new lord, Prince Davie. They were relieved when he proved to be kind and saved them from goblins, even considering him greater than a god. However, a resident expresses hopelessness about the ongoing drought, but the chapter ends with Prince Davie discovering a concentrated mana source and apparently summoning rain, hinting at a possible solution.
