Synopsis

The chapter revolves around Erun, a Steelguard with potential, being approached by Archmage Sierra, who sees him as a valuable ally despite the family's rejection of magic. Sierra gives Erun two hours to decide on becoming her supporter, during which Erun sets up a plan with the help of the Association Leader. Erun, despite his internal dislike of magic, also utilizes a kind of sound-based spell and ends up challenging Sierra to meet him in the mountains instead of joining her at the Magic Tower, showing defiance and agency.
