Synopsis

The chapter opens with a confrontation between the protagonist and Genji, who exposes his awareness of Abram's work and hidden motives. Genji reveals he has a network beyond just himself, and that he intends to kill the protagonist because of his past connections. Later, the protagonist receives a warning that Genji may be involved in a plan targeting Arhan, deemed a greater threat. The chapter ends with the protagonist surrounded by Genji and his forces, setting up a confrontation.
