Synopsis

Angels accuse the group of blasphemy for imitating their appearance and demand to know who has a key fragment, using the search as a pretext for violence and a demonstration of their supposed superiority. One angel, Raphael, is allowed to engage in violence without limitations to see if the fragment is present. The chapter ends with a confrontation between a character and Michael, a legendary archangel, who is revealed to be a mere 'janitor' within the celestial hierarchy, leading to a tense standoff.
