Synopsis

The chapter opens with multiple merchant unions gathering adventurers for a gate raid, where they are informed that the loot belongs to the unions, not the adventurers. El Paume and Iburu initially demand an exorbitant fee for their services but surprisingly get it. However, they are then informed that the Gaphor Merchant Union, who hired them, will now be cooperating with the Signas Knight Order for the raid, leaving them suspicious of the partnership, particularly of the Knight Order's leader, Kiri.
