Synopsis

The chapter focuses on Liu Zaihui and his team being cornered by a large group, forcing Zaihui to rely on his powerful but unreliable demon necklace for defense. As the shield falters, the demon within the necklace makes a contract with him, boosting his strength significantly but permanently sacrificing his future stat growth. Despite the heavy cost, this new power allows them to briefly fend off their attackers, though the demon necklace then goes into hibernation and Zaihui's allies realize the gravity of his sacrifice.
