Synopsis

The chapter opens with an elf seemingly having defeated orcs sent to capture her, lamenting the near-miss of her escape. The orcs report back to their superior, who is frustrated with their failure to subdue a single elf. This leads to the introduction of a stronger orc named Talkata, seemingly under the control of someone else, who is ordered to capture the elf while avoiding inflicting visible marks. The chapter concludes with Talkata preparing to engage the elf.
