Synopsis

The chapter begins with Xiaoman trying to win Luo Chen back, pleading for another chance and apologizing. Luo Chen is then interrupted by the sudden appearance of Lan Beier, who quickly charms Luo Chen and his family. Xiaoman's mother also appears and makes an odd comment, which Lan Beier uses to her advantage to make the mother apologize. The chapter ends with the group going shopping and Lan Beier showing an affinity for Luo Chen.
