Synopsis

The chapter explores the conflicting past and present persona of Choi Hakjun, once a ruthless killer, now acting heroic, leaving the protagonist questioning his motives. The protagonist reflects on Hakjun’s actions while also dealing with a dangerous awakened who’s fighting near a hospital, forcing a difficult confrontation where he must protect civilians while engaging in a powerful battle. The chapter ends with the protagonist realizing the immense pressure of fighting Hakjun, who's clearly suppressing his true strength to avoid harming the civilian population.
