Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist seemingly waking from unconsciousness, surrounded by people confused about his sudden return. He is immediately confronted with the expectation that he is a hero, yet he feels immense pressure and expresses a desire to not fulfill that role. The police arrive, further disrupting the scene, and adding to the protagonist's confused and fatigued state. He finds himself unable to rest as he is continually thrust into situations demanding heroic feats, while also experiencing internal conflict over his identity and role.
