Synopsis

Roman Dmitri issues a public declaration of war against all rankers in Kairo, demonstrating his overwhelming strength by defeating them with ease. One of the defeated rankers, Fernando, recognizes Roman's unique understanding of mana pathways and pledges fealty to him, hoping to be guided on the path to greater power. Meanwhile, the nobles, fearing that Roman's potential victory over Count Nicholas would disrupt the kingdom's power balance, plot to eliminate him if he rejects their offer, signaling a brewing conflict.
