Synopsis

Marquis Valentino attempts to buy a sword, "Salamander", but discovers it is related to his other sword, "Blaze". He learns both were made by Roman Dmitri, a young genius swordsman and blacksmith. Simultaneously, Roman outlines a plan to form an alliance in the northeastern region to become self-sufficient, which will make them strong enough to challenge the central government. The chapter ends with Valentino frantically heading to Dmitri estate to find more about the sword maker.
