Synopsis

The chapter starts with a challenge for a duel proposed by a knight, seemingly in response to Roman's father's request to witness his son's swordsmanship. Before this, Roman explains to someone how he defeated Blood Fang by baiting their leader using false information and understanding their group dynamics, as they wouldn't risk their lives for their leader. The chapter then shifts back to the present time where the knights are hesitant to duel Roman, but the vice-captain is chosen, reflecting on the young master's past weakness and recent drastic change.
