Synopsis

This chapter depicts the turning point in the war against the Cronos Empire. Despite initial struggles, a strategic plan involving magic traps and a coordinated attack by the main character, Roman, leads to a decisive victory, forcing the Cronos forces into retreat. Roman’s brother, Rodwell, witnesses Roman's transformation from a perceived drunkard to a capable leader and strategist, acknowledging his impact. The chapter concludes with Roman making the unconventional decision to pursue the retreating Cronos forces despite the risks and opposition from his own forces, aiming to show a new, aggressive stance.
