Synopsis

The protagonist, initially facing legal repercussions, avoids court by manipulating the debtor into a harsh employment contract, effectively enslaving him for debt repayment. He capitalizes on his successful Ondol project, gaining public favor and orders from neighboring lands. This allows him to initiate a plan to mine and sell black coal using a modern tunnel excavation method and his ONDOL systems as a source of demand, securing significant future profits.
