Synopsis

The chapter showcases the progression of the sea platform construction, detailing the innovative use of volcanic ash and unique techniques such as a giant diaper-like filter. The engineer utilizes a volcanic blast and a creature called Hamang to complete the cement pouring. Meanwhile, the engineer, despite his odd appearance, gains popularity amongst the crowd while one character is clearly jealous.
