Synopsis

Javier initially defeats a nature spirit, but then promises to enhance nature alongside his construction project. He persuades the spirit and his companions of his intentions, revealing a long-term plan involving a railway system. Javier outlines a multi-step plan from widening the valley to building the train and enhancing the landscape.
