Synopsis

The chapter starts with the main character frustrated with the difficulty of finding the Truth Jewel, considering using mermen as laborers. He discovers that the Jewel was not a physical object but a building. This changes his plans when he encounters a merman who shares this information and states the blueprints of the Truth Jewel may still exist. They find out the merman and his family have been searching for the Jewel for generations and a new friendship is formed, setting up the next chapter.
