Synopsis

After defeating a monster, the protagonist levels up and gains the "Dodge" skill, which is upgraded to "Swift Dodge." He reflects on his innate mana hypersensitivity, which causes him pain when overused, and decides he must acquire a rare plant called "Mad Solacium" to mitigate this. He realizes he is being hunted, and also discovers the environment in "Ground Zero" is too clean, hinting that someone is baiting hunters. The chapter also reveals that another party is watching him and planning to target anyone who might aid him.
