Synopsis

The chapter begins with the heroes facing a drastically transformed Kaja who has regained immense power, referred to as her 'dragon-scaled demon power'. Ling Ce, after demonstrating her own powerful ambush ability, isolates Squirrel and transports him to a shadow dimension. Inside this dimension, she proposes a partnership, stating Squirrel's boss, Sawyer, is not intelligent enough to effectively cooperate, and she wants Squirrel as a middleman to unite them against Thousand Autumns. The chapter ends with the heroes scattered, looking for their missing allies.
