Synopsis

Ling Ce is challenged by two powerful opponents during an exam, using a combination of backstab, lethargy, and a special invisibility skill to make one opponent hit his own decoy, while forcing another into the fear condition. He then reveals a dungeon-dropped power-up item, signaling he's willing to show his true strength to the exam's participants and observers, who are clearly impressed by his abilities. The chapter ends with a clear anticipation of a more intense confrontation to come.
