Synopsis

The chapter opens with the battle between Nebulous and Wolf's Fang escalating, with Celestial's guild appearing as observers led by Guildmaster Blue Cloud. Ling Ce identifies Narlo, a Delrow Clan member, as a key figure in the conflict. Despite seeming impartial, Blue Cloud has a hidden motive for observing the conflict; he's connected to Delrow and their vast resources which he uses to back his guild. The end shows the plan to focus on Narlo as the "ringleader" as they have ascertained he is the key point in the battle.
