Synopsis

The chapter focuses on an examination where Awakened individuals are pitted against elite, non-superpowered soldiers to determine their actual combat effectiveness. Most of the Awakened, despite boasting high initial "awakening rates," are easily defeated, highlighting a gap between raw power and practical fighting skill. However, one candidate shows exceptional adaptability, utilizing in-game abilities effectively and achieving a combat awakening rate equal to his initial measurement, ultimately passing the test. The final scene hints at another Awakened attempting to understand and apply a different skill application strategy for the test.
