The chapter opens with Ling Ce frustrated with his current low ranking in the game Heavenland despite being a max-level player. During a mission, a teleportation glitch sends him three years back in time. He realizes he has a chance to correct his past mistakes and become a top player. However, he is shown back in his school and is being brutally beaten by a classmate who is an Awakened.
