Synopsis

Duan Fei meets Commander Luo, who reveals Guan Zhonghua's treacherous actions and his amassing of power, including a secret unit of awakened individuals. Luo proposes a counter-strategy utilizing the laboratory to develop powerful weapons from zombie genetic cores, shared by Duan Fei. Luo also reveals that his sister wasn't kidnapped by Guan, but by a mysterious organization. Duan Fei is offered help in finding his sister as well as being presented with an unseen hidden card to beat Guan with.
