Synopsis

Ed is guided by Janica on selecting a spirit, learning that he shouldn't just go for convenience. A large number of spirits appear, vying to contract with him. Meanwhile, a powerful first-year named Wade issues duel requests to many, aiming to challenge Janica and Ed. Princess Phoenicia reflects on her past mistake regarding Ed and feels guilty before receiving news of his reported death, setting the stage for more conflicts.
