Synopsis

The chapter highlights Ed's interactions with the chief maid, his reluctance to speak informally, and the upcoming winter break plans. Meanwhile, other characters, like Janica, are shown struggling with their feelings for Ed and are even being analyzed by another character named Annis, who is a TA that meticulously gathers information and plans to manipulate Ed. Lastly, the preparations for the new student exam and the various tasks are assigned, alluding to a lot of work ahead. Annis, despite all her research and planning, is actually rather clumsy and depends a lot on others, particularly her advisor.
