Synopsis

The chapter details the five levels of 'impulse' manipulation, ranging from basic body control to imbuing objects. The protagonist reveals he's trained extensively and is aware of an impending ambush by the Archduke. He encounters Verin, a highly skilled combat artist, who attacks him, showcasing his incredible mastery over impulse manipulation and forcing the protagonist to reveal his knowledge of Verin's identity.
