Synopsis

The chapter opens with a formal auction where the protagonist observes bidding on items like the Shadow Sheep's Heart and the Ultimate Stone, all while noticing a strange scent and the presence of elves. An ancient relic is shown to have writing, and it triggers a dangerous situation as well as a hidden box with powerful seals. Needing funds, the protagonist enters a dangerous soul contract to obtain materials needed to access the Shadow World, a place ruled by the Spirit King of Darkness. He receives an artifact and instructions to be careful of his identity.
