The chapter begins with the protagonist meeting Himera, a viscount in the Demon Realm, and learns about the strict hierarchy. He discovers that time moves much slower in the Demon Realm and that one day in his world equals roughly four years in the Demon Realm. After hearing about the war and a critical condition of one of his allies back home via Ricky, a friend who was resurrected using his necromancy, the protagonist makes a plan to train for years in the demon realm to become stronger before going back to aid his allies and then returns to his allies using a demon world gate.
The protagonist, now in the Demon Realm, learns about the time difference between realms and decides to train there for years to become stronger. He also telepathically communicates with his friend Ricky in the human world.
