Synopsis

The chapter begins with a power dynamic conflict between soldiers as a superior berates a junior, before the training exercise goes awry when a cyclops escapes and consumes another monster, becoming significantly more powerful. Kim Minjoon, a newbie, is forced to fight the enraged cyclops. The other soldiers expect his failure, especially after seeing the monster's power, but are shocked when he quickly defeats the beast. They are then left to wonder how he managed such an improbable feat, while attempting to invalidate their bets on his failure.
