Synopsis

After a mysterious battle, Choi Yeonseung is acknowledged for his strength and granted a power-up. He learns of an invitation for an international spar in Korea, leading to a complex family discussion about his participation, which he ultimately accepts. Before heading to Jeju Island for the spar, he decides to visit the Seoul National Cemetery to pay his respects to a fallen comrade, where he unexpectedly encounters the legendary 'Iron Blood Ice Emperor'.
