Synopsis

Odaigon returns to Earth after a long time in the Abyss, aiming to increase his hunter rank. He deliberately uses a large amount of mana during the ranking test, but to his surprise, he remains a C-rank, which he finds puzzling given his power. Subsequently, a human named Richard Parker, whom Odaigon saved earlier, offers Odaigon a place to stay. The chapter ends with Odaigon and his companions observing an unusual car crash, followed by the reveal of a known character, Dragon Huang.
