Synopsis

Hunter Choi is summoned to the Dragon Industry outpost base to assess its development. He discovers the base is essentially a city now, managed by Elizabeth and the Mount Hua Sect, while the Ikaros clan is out exploring. The main problem is the troublesome Abyss residents who are causing fights, stealing items, and selling fabricated information for high prices, making it difficult to manage the base. The chapter ends with a discussion about how to handle these issues, revealing the need for a solution.
