Synopsis

This chapter begins with Ark being restricted from using his synchro-rate due to dangerously fluctuating levels. The focus then shifts to the start of academy classes where students, including Ark and Carry, undergo physical assessments. Carry's abilities are extraordinary, and her background as the leader of a group of abandoned children in City F is revealed. The chapter ends with Carry being approached by a member of another team, who tries to recruit her and offers monetary support.
