Synopsis

A fox explains that mermaids can change their appearance to a human's ideal type, and then the prince's group arrives at the Cliff Coast, where they plan to build an undersea tunnel, which will require destroying a local village. The villagers mistake the tunnel construction for a "seaweed dungeon" and a young villager confronts the prince, revealing they live in harmony with the 'mermen' (mermaids). The prince nonchalantly confirms his plan to demolish the village despite their pleas.
