The chapter opens with the Demon King returning from a hunting competition, only to be informed of dire circumstances in his realm. Lucifer, a prisoner, escaped while the Demon King was away and the demon realm is now split into two warring factions. One of the Demon King's subordinates, Ray, is found fatally wounded near the prison, possibly related to Lucifer's escape or internal conflict, the demon king, despite being weak, uses his power to heal him.
The Demon King returns after a hunting competition victory, only to learn of chaos in the demon realm including Lucifer's escape and a fatally wounded Ray, one of his closest subordinates. He uses his power despite being weak to save Ray.
