Synopsis

The chapter reveals that Lagier, Sedna's human contractor, is incredibly powerful, having broken the Angel Ring and formed a Stigmata contract with Sedna, which takes precedence over even the Heavenly King's orders. An angel discovers this information and the involvement of Tay Thanatos, a demonic dragon. To keep the potentially war-triggering information from the Heavenly King, the angel is coerced into signing a contract, promising to remain silent until directly asked. The chapter ends with the angel revealing how formal and cold everyone in heaven is.
