Synopsis

The chapter begins with the aftermath of a fight where one character feels gross from fluids and reflects on the difference between killing people and monsters. They explore a dungeon together, finding a flooded third floor with strange eggs. Realizing the danger, one character insists the other escape while they remain to fight an approaching monster. This leads to a tense cliffhanger as the escapee is forced to flee alone.
