Synopsis

The chapter begins by establishing Marin's character and stats, revealing her to be a powerful archer with a difficult personality. It then transitions to the main character, who is troubled by the princess's potential engagement with Master Nox. The protagonist is then revealed to have a complex past involving the 'Night of Slaughter' and time reversal caused by the Archduke, leading him to train and gain power in the Ark River. He also encounters Marin, his new archer, at the end of the chapter.
