Synopsis

The chapter opens with the Illusion of the Void being heavily damaged by the Spirit King's Judgment, then seemingly finished off by Harley. However, this is revealed to be a strategy to hatch Karceus's egg. The protagonist, Ian, and his allies are briefly successful, but Shakran quickly overwhelms them, unsommoning Harley with a powerful attack. Shakran's overwhelming power and the reveal of multiple clones put the heroes in a critical situation, requiring Ian to summon all his powerful familiars.
