Synopsis

The chapter starts with the protagonist's team successfully defeating the Sand Drake, a hidden boss, and obtaining a magic pearl. This item was needed for a specific quest and is able to change an individual's evolution potential. However, a new, stronger Sand Drake emerges wearing the pearl, unleashing a powerful breath attack that petrifies the party. The familiar, a turtle named Ppugppugi, activates the turtle spirit within him to block the breath, and the chapter ends with the protagonist gearing up to fight the new stronger Sand Drake with support from his team.
