Synopsis

This chapter focuses on a flashback to Lai's fight against Lee Rahan. It's revealed that Lai, who could transform into the powerful Sovereign Fenrir, deliberately restricted his own powers. This was because he witnessed the effects of Lunacy on others and feared that his full power would make him a target, endangering his friends, including Ian. He chose isolation to avoid this potential threat.
