The chapter opens with the protagonist grappling with the decision to reset their highly-ranked Archer character in order to potentially obtain a new hidden class. Despite the financial loss, they opt for the reset, driven by the desire for fun and the perceived power of the new class. After resetting, they fight a difficult ogre, surviving by the skin of their teeth and utilizing their new skills. To their surprise they get a rare crystal which gives a hidden class, and also are reminded the item only works for low leveled players, thus the reset was needed.
The protagonist debates resetting their high-level Archer character to access a new hidden class, ultimately choosing to do so and obtaining a rare item after their reset.
