Synopsis

The chapter centers around the headmaster election at Usdon Academy, where Barracks is poised to win after bribing supporters. However, the election is disrupted by the sudden appearance of Elric Merbinger, who was thought to be in a coma. Elric, revealing himself as the Duke of the Merbinger family and an election representative, uses an academy law to demand a revote, accusing Barracks of forging documents and attempting to murder him. Elric's actions throw the entire election into chaos.
