Synopsis

The chapter sees the Blue Wolves attempting a desperate gambit with a magic scroll to set the city ablaze, but Ric intervenes, effortlessly stopping them. The young miss witnesses Ric's power firsthand and decides to seek her own power and help her recuperating father, the Blue Lion. She plans to seek aid from his old contacts and tries to distance herself from Ric, seeing their alliance as a potential liability despite her gratitude.
