Synopsis

The chapter opens with the Troupe Leader issuing orders: gather the unorthodox faction leaders in Gansu and Sichuan, and manipulate the situation in the lineage succession of the now defunct Jaegal Pyo. Meanwhile, our main character, still recovering from a poisoned drink, along with his companion, decides to head towards the Zhongnan Sect instead of the mandated Chang'an. They plan to disguise themselves as wandering warriors, using fake names "Gwangwol" and "Mongwol", all while intending to learn from and potentially destabilize the powerful sect.
