Synopsis

The chapter opens with a tense confrontation where the protagonist is being questioned and threatened. A group, claiming to represent Orthodox factions, offers the protagonist a deal, promising to help him become a great warrior and align him with their alliance in exchange for 10 million nyang investment. They manipulate the situation by hinting at negative rumors that will spread if he refuses, thus forcing him to accept the deal. The chapter ends with the protagonist recounting in graphic detail how he killed the two great demons, which makes those present feel uncomfortable and they ask for ventilation.
