Synopsis

A character claiming to be the Left Emissary from the inner sect of the Heaven Master Sect arrives in Sichuan, questioning the local branch's practices. He confronts the leader about the poor conditions of the local people and the sect's deviation from its original teachings, accusing them of exploiting their followers. The local sect members become defensive and the emissary's origins are questioned, ending with the emissary making an ominous observation about the location.
